Rochdale Girls Choir

Choral Director: Chris Willis

Rochdale Girls’ Choir offers a warm welcome to girls aged 8 to 13 years who love to sing. Vocal training is given as part of the weekly rehearsals and members are helped to develop their voice to a high standard for thie age and ability.

As well as learning to sing well, members are encouraged to develop their vocal talents through performing in different venues and in front of different audiences. There are also opportunities to perform as a soloist with the choir.

Rehearsals are every Tuesday, during term time, at 6pm to 7pm.

We suggest that if girls are interested in becoming members that they attends rehearsals for four weeks before they decide whether they can commit on a weekly basis. After the four weeks, a short audition will be held and if successful, a place in the choir will be offered.
